Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using LocalLink Plus. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a high-quality experience. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding refunds for any paid services, subscriptions, or features offered through our platform.


1. General Policy

Because LocalLink Plus provides digital services and immediate access to premium features, all sales are generally final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations or for periods where the Service was available but not utilized by the user.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a recurring subscription (e.g., a "Plus" or "Pro" plan):

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

  • Access: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the following billing period.

3. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)

While our general policy is "no refunds," we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a technical glitch on our end prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period (more than 48 hours).

  • Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service in a single billing period.

  • Legal Requirements: If the laws in your specific jurisdiction require a mandatory "cooling-off" period for digital goods.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@localinkplus.chat within 14 days of the transaction. Please include:

  1. Your account username/email.

  2. The transaction date and amount.

  3. A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

5. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Service Termination

As per Section 8 of our Terms of Use, if your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our User Conduct rules (harassment, illegal activity, etc.), you will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining balance or subscription time.
